  • Partnered with the founder to build Jimmyjane into a leading international lifestyle brand with 7 iconic design awards and 15+ design and utility patents.
  • Oversaw the development, launch, and margin improvement of 150+ products — from concept through third-generation — constantly improving quality and reducing COGS.
  • Strategically built the team and focused key business initiatives at the appropriate times to optimize the business across economic cycles.

Sales & Distribution
  • Led and executed sales expansion from small luxury retailers to multi-door retail, international distributors, and direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Directed all company reporting and systems — financial, operational, and distribution.

Supply Chain
  • Sourced and managed key vendors, including domestic and overseas manufacturers, delivering products on schedule and on budget.

Capital
  • Raised capital from angel and institutional investors, plus debt and overseas vendor financing to fuel growth.
