  • Conceived the product and business strategy: optimize deployment of capital using sophisticated analytics, workflow, and collaboration tools — improving store ROI, IRR, and TCO.
  • Raised $22M+ in private equity financing from leading venture capital firms, including Accenture Technology Ventures.
  • Led 20+ corporate and business development teams, including the Accenture consulting team.

Partnerships & GTM
  • Sourced and partnered with top Fortune 500 development partners and clients including Apple, Best Buy, The Home Depot, Dollar Tree Stores, and Quizno's.
  • Collaborated with retail partners to re-engineer store planning, rollout, marketing, and operational strategies — proving out the business case.
  • Established marketing and strategic relationships including Accenture's global retail practice and AMR Research to develop the category.

Operations & Governance
  • Managed financial systems, forecasting, and milestone performance for overall business strategy until CFO was hired in 2001.
  • Managed general corporate and HR matters, and served as General Counsel & VP Finance in addition to Corporate Development.
